Donna Marcin secured a Defense Verdict in Middlesex Superior Court last week. Donna successfully defended the interests of our client, a general surgeon, who performed a laparoscopic cholecystectomy on a patient who previously underwent gastric bypass surgery. After deliberating for less than two hours, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the surgeon.
