Donna Marcin obtained a defense verdict on behalf of her defendant Nurse client after three weeks of trial in Suffolk Superior Court. The case involved the post-operative management of a child in the ICU. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant providers failed to appropriately assess the child’s tachycardia, which ultimately caused her to suffer a cardiac arrest.
