John Puleo obtained a well-earned jury verdict on behalf of our client, a surgical critical care intensivist. The plaintiff’s estate alleged the wrongful death of its decedent due to an alleged duodenum injury after colectomy and alleged mismanaged care in the Intensive Care Unit. After a week and a half of testimony in Suffolk Superior Court, the jury returned with their defense verdict after three and a half hours of deliberations.
