The HMDR&S trial team of Jim Wilkinson and Amy Robinson obtained a Defense Verdict in Suffolk Superior Court on behalf of our clients, an anesthesiologist and a nurse anesthetist. The defense maintained that anesthesia was appropriately administered and that proper resuscitation measures were taken when the patient adversely reacted to anesthesia.
