The HMDR&S Trial Team of John Reardon and Toby Bright obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case after two weeks of trial in Plymouth Superior Court. In his defense, John and Toby were able to present evidence confirming the appropriate management by our doctor of the patient’s longstanding and unrelated lower urinary tract symptoms, and timely diagnosis of cancer at the first clinical indication.
