Matthew Sweet, Jennifer Sheehan, and Ethan Ryder – Summary Judgment in Construction Defect Case

HMDRS attorneys obtained summary judgment in a complex construction defect case arising out of duct work failure on a college campus. The judge agreed with the defense counsel’s arguments regarding the statute of repose and contract law.
