The HMDR&S trial team of Megan Kures and Amy Robinson obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a psychiatrist and psychiatric clinical nurse specialist following a two-week trial in Worcester Superior Court. The case involved issues related to antipsychotic medications used to manage patients with dementia and unit monitoring of patients based upon behaviors exhibited both in the outpatient and inpatient settings. The jury returned a verdict in both defendants’ favor.
