Attorney Kures was asked to participate on a panel of attorneys with extensive trial practice in sharing best practices and tactics with new associates.
Three panelists led a discussion hosted by the Boston Bar Association on each phase of trial. Topics included motions in limine, jury selection, opening statements, direct examination, cross-examination, experts, demonstrative tools, closing statements, jury charge and instructions, and post-trial motions.
