Congratulations to HMDRS Member Michael Racette, who was recently elected to the office of Secretary of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges who are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Constitutional civil jury trial right. ABOTA membership consists of more than 7,300 lawyers—equally balanced between plaintiff and defense—and judges spread among 94 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization whose members have demonstrated the requisite civil jury trial experience and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism. Several HMDRS attorneys joined Michael at the Massachusetts Chapter’s recent Annual Dinner and Installation of Officers.
