Attorney Bob Hamel, with the support of Attorney Sean Carroll, used a Motion for Directed Verdict to his client’s benefit in a recent medical malpractice case involving allegations against an optometrist and a community Hospital. The plaintiff suspended her case, and voluntarily dismissed all claims against all defendants, with prejudice, in light of the Court’s ruling.
