Alex’s vast experience includes the defense of complex civil litigation matters including but not limited to real estate litigation, construction, product liability, personal injury and professional liability matters. She has successfully argued and obtained summary judgment in multiple cases involving allegations of misrepresentation, fraud and unfair and deceptive business practices. She has also successfully obtained judgments in cases involving wrongful death, negligence and construction litigation matters. Additionally, Alex represents several different real estate brokerages and has tried cases representing real estate companies and their agents in both Superior & District Courts. Alex also has extensive experience appearing before and representing agents at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and the Division of Professional Licensure. She has also receive the distinction of being named Massachusetts Super Lawyer the past four years. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office for four years. Alex is currently the Chair of the firms Real Estate Litigation Department.
