Patti concentrates her practice in the defense of employers, health care institutions and health care professionals in employment-related legal issues and professional liability matters.
Patti has successfully tried employment matters before juries in State courts, and obtained successful results for her clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. In addition, Patti has successfully represented health care professionals and institutions in credentialing matters, including internal, institutional review processes and matters before State Boards of Professional Registration.
Patti has provided training and other presentations on employment related legal issues. She assists clients in the drafting and reviewing personnel policies, employee handbooks, and employee contracts.
Before joining Hamel, Marcin, Dunn, Reardon & Shea, P.C., Patti managed product liability and environmental litigation for General Electric Company. Prior to that, Patti was a partner at Hassan & Reardon, P.C..
When away from the office, Patti enjoys spending time with her family.
