Rachel Forbes earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. She then graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2014, concentrating in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. As a member of Suffolk University Law School’s National Trial Team, she won the 2013 Regional Championship of the American Association of Justice Spring trial competition. Rachel also advanced to the regional quarter-finals in the 2014 National Trial Competition. Following, she spent the first ten of her legal career at firms where she also specialized in medical malpractice defense.
Rachel currently manages a high-volume case load of medical malpractice cases. She has successfully represented clients at Superior Court trials in the Commonwealth. She also represents healthcare providers with proceedings before state administrative agencies and advises clients on matters of professional licensure.
