Attorney Toby Bright won a substantial Summary Judgment decision, and a subsequent confirmation at the Appellate level. The claims brought by the plaintiff in this case related to the actions of our client, a primary care physician, in referring the plaintiff to Physician Health Services out of concern for impairment.
